Blaine Cordova, LPA

Blaine Cordova is a Licensed Psychological Associate (#39578) and Psychometrist at Grace Psychological Services, PLLC, under the supervision of Dr. Reyes-McDonald. He received his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology degrees from Sam Houston State University. During his Master’s degree, he completed training in conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based treatment. He interned and trained at the Sam Houston State University Counseling Center and gained experience working with college-aged individuals on a variety of clinically relevant topics (depression, anxiety, life/role transitions, grief). He has years of experience working with adolescents and adults with mood, anxiety, and eating disorders in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting.

Mr. Cordova has interests in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), IPT (Interpersonal Psychotherapy), and DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) therapeutic modalities. He is passionate about creating a collaborative and compassionate environment for individuals to explore themselves and work toward a values consistent lifestyle. He believes that all are capable of meaningful growth and strives to aid clients in mastering coping skills and connecting with the tools within themselves to guide them on their journeys.

In his free time, Mr. Cordova enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, cooking, attending concerts, listening to music, and playing video games. In particular, he enjoys being in nature and playing with his pets.

Mr. Cordova is now accepting private pay clients as well as Aetna, BCBS, and Cigna clients as an in-network provider.
