Dr. Daphne Hill is a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist, Nationally Certified School Psychologist, and a School Psychologist with specialties in assessment and counseling services with children, adolescents, young adults, and families of diverse backgrounds. She earned a doctorate degree in School Psychology from Texas A&M University, where she completed research on the impact of cultural socialization and identity on minoritized youths’ experiences in schools and career selection, as well as the impact of cultural socialization through social media. She has worked in the settings of schools, juvenile justice centers, residential treatment facilities, and community clinics. Dr. Hill believes in providing assessments to identify diagnostic information to give the client a better understanding of themselves and give opportunities for and provide informed interventions. Her therapeutic approach integrates psychotherapy and psychoeducation that considers the needs and strengths of each client. Her overall goal is to assist clients and families with life transitions, providing support as they grow, change, and strive for meaning and a fulfilling life. Dr. Hill provides testing services at Grace Psychological Services under the supervision of Dr. Gracie Reyes-McDonald.
