Dr. Latanya Henry-Smith is a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist and School Psychologist (#70713) She has over 8 years of experience providing assessment and therapy to children and adolescents in public schools. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and her Master of Science in Instruction and Curriculum from the University of Houston. She earned her doctorate in School Psychology from Texas A&M University, where she completed research on cultural competence.
Dr. Henry-Smith specializes in working with children, adolescents, and emerging adults in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, and related issues such as anger management, and grief. Her goal is to help youth manage learning and behavior challenges through a safe and authentic practical approach. Her passion is to bring healing to youth as they navigate through their world.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
